I think this property will sell pretty fast. We have already had several people call to ask detailed questions. Shortsales aren't always easy to close but there are some great deals out there.
What is the status of this house?
I currently have 3 offers on this property (had 4 until yesterday) and we are waiting on the bank to receive the BPO before they will move forward.
